seeking a highly capable Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead all creator-driven initiatives and build a strong UGC ecosystem.
In addition to influencer leadership, the role includes responsibilities as a Creative Strategist crafting concepts, content directions, and campaign ideas that elevate Basil’s brand presence.
Influencer Marketing :
- Develop and execute Basil’s end-to-end influencer marketing strategy across micro, nano, and mid-tier creators.
- Lead the full influencer lifecycle : discovery, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and retained partnerships.
- Manage monthly influencer programs including seeding, barter, and selective paid campaigns.
- Build a consistent pipeline of UGC for ads, website assets, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee content briefs, timelines, reviews, and quality control.
- Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance dashboards.
- Track and analyze campaign KPIs reach, engagement, conversions, ROI—and present insights to founders.
- Strengthen creator relationships and foster a long-term creator community around the brand.
Creative Strategy :
Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas optimized for nano / micro / small creators.Identify content and platform trends and convert them into relevant brand-first concepts.Guide creators with strong briefs, inspiration references, and direction for storytelling.Review UGC for brand consistency, visual language, clarity, and message effectiveness.Work closely with the founders and internal teams to shape creative campaigns for ads, launches, and brand communication.Use performance insights to refine creative directions and build new UGC formats.
