Account Executive

Job descriptionMaintain accurate books of accounts including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations. Provide all reports & documents to our CA Process accounts payable (vendor invoices, bills) and accounts receivable (customer invoices, collections) and payroll Manage employee reimbursements, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC where applicable). Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Support internal and external audits with required documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and tax regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred) 2–5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles Proficient in Zoho Books, Payroll and Exports is a plus. Experience in working diamond industry is a must
