As Associate - Enterprise Sales, your primary goal will be identifying and reaching out to potential enterprise-level clients who may benefit from the products or services offered by the company.

In addition, your role will be establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within target enterprises and creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of the products or services. This may involve showcasing how the offering can meet the enterprise's strategic objectives.

Roles and responsibilities :

  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.
  • The ability to reach out to potential customers who haven’t expressed prior interest in your product or service. It requires confidence, persuasive communication, resilience, and good product knowledge.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Managing and analyzing customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Identify customers’ needs and information on product features.
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals with team help on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
  • Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
  • Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
  • Build productive trust relationships with client.
  • Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities)

Qualification :

  • Proficiency in English.
  • 0–1-year experience in related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel.
  • Strong presentation and networking skills.
  • BBA / BBM / B. Com / MBA degree.
