Job descriptionAssist in lesson planning and executing daily classroom routines. Support lead teachers in taking concept-based classes . Conduct engaging storytelling sessions and pretend play activities to enhance imagination and language development. Create and organize learning aids and teaching resources . Observe and implement classroom management and age-appropriate teaching strategies. Help in maintaining hygiene, safety, and overall classroom readiness. Build strong, respectful communication with children and fellow team members. Currently pursuing or completed NTT / NPTT / DPSE / DIET / B.Ed or relevant ECCE training. Good spoken English and clear communication skills. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children. Fresher’s with a passion for early childhood education are welcome to apply. Structured training and mentoring by experienced educators. Hands-on exposure to classroom teaching and curriculum delivery. Certificate of Internship on successful completion. Conveyance allowance of ₹5,000 per month. Opportunity to be considered for full-time roles based on performance.
The Shri Ram Wonder Years (TSWY) is a leading early childhood learning center committed to offering meaningful learning experiences to young learners and aspiring educators alike. Our internship program is designed to provide hands-on classroom exposure and professional growth in a nurturing environment.

Location : The Shri Ram Wonder Years, Sector 13, Rohini
Internship Duration : 3 Months
Working Hours : 9 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM
Stipend / Conveyance Allowance : ₹5,000 per month
Start Date : July onwards

Students or recent graduates from :
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training)
- NPTT (Nursery Primary Teacher Training)
- DIET (District Institute of Education and Training)
- DPSE (Diploma in Pre-School Education)
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) – Early years enthusiasts encouraged
- Or any ECCE (Early Childhood Care & Education) diploma course
