Job Title : Telecaller – BFSI

Location : Rajendra Place, New Delhi

Working Days & Hours : Monday to Saturday | 10 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM

Salary Range : ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have experience promoting and managing loan products , including personal loans, business loans, or home loans. This role requires strong communication skills, lead conversion ability, and a focus on building positive customer relationships .

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential and existing customers to promote loan products and financial services .
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Follow up on leads, resolve customer queries , and convert them into successful closures.
• Maintain accurate customer data and call records .
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing .
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused, and ethical approach at all times.
