Job Title : Strategic HR Business Partner
We are seeking a diligent and organized HR Business Partner to join our team within the care sector. The successful candidate will provide essential support in the day-to-day running of the HR function, ensuring efficient and compliant processes while upholding staff wellbeing and quality care.
This role suits someone with strong administrative abilities, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in supporting people in a care-focused setting.
About the Role :
- Provide administrative support across all areas of HR, including maintaining accurate employee records, updating databases, and managing documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of employment contracts, letters, reports, and reference requests.
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new starters, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities :
Previous experience in an HR support or administrative role (healthcare or social care experience is beneficial).Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.Good working knowledge of HR processes and best practice.Competent in using Microsoft Office and HR information systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher is required.Your Benefits :
