We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven City Head with strong experience in Commercial Real Estate to spearhead sales and business operations. The role requires a strategic leader with proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial sales teams, driving revenue growth, and building relationships with developers, corporate clients, and investors.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead city-level commercial property sales , strategy, and operations to achieve business targets.
Drive revenue growth by building strong networks with developers, corporate clients, and investors.
Create and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to maximize commercial market share.
Manage and mentor a large commercial sales team, ensuring motivation and high performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and align strategies accordingly.
Ensure exceptional client experience and maintain high service standards in commercial property transactions.

Strong business acumen and leadership skills in commercial property sales .
Excellent sales & negotiation capabilities for high-value commercial deals.

Qualification & Experience :
Graduate / MBA preferred.
15–20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate / Office Spaces / Corporate Leasing / Luxury Commercial Sales .
Proven track record of achieving high commercial sales numbers.
