Job description
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the office premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment.
  • Vendor and Contract Management : Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and suppliers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office repairs, maintenance, cleaning, security, and other facilities-related services.
  • Manage office space planning, moves, and reconfigurations to accommodate business needs and optimize workspace utilization.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address BMS (Building Management Services) maintenance issues proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices for workplace safety.
  • Manage access control systems, security protocols, and emergency procedures.
  • Oversee the management of office equipment, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Organize and coordinate company-wide events, meetings, and conferences, including venue selection, catering, and logistical arrangements.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ensure timely replenishment, and optimize procurement processes for cost-effectiveness.
  • This position requires to work night shifts.
