Role : Executive / Sr Executive

Qualification : Postgraduate in HR / Social Science / Industrial Relations

Experience : 1-3 years

Location : Sion, Mumbai (Work from Office)

RM : Manager / Head People & Organization Team

Candidate Industry : IT, ITES, Research & Consulting, KPO, Corporate, Service Industry

Responsibilities :

Partner with hiring managers for manpower requirements, sourcing, recruitment.

Part of outreach initiatives improving internal and external branding

through job boards, referrals, social platforms, and campus connect programs.

Handle induction-onboarding, documentation, and background verification processes.

Support employee engagement, communication, and welfare initiatives.

Support HR operations - maintain and update employee data, HR dashboards, and trackers.

Leverage advanced MS Excel skills for HR analytics, MIS reporting, and trend insights to support strategic HR decisions.

Participate in talent & performance management and cultural interventions.

Required Skills :

Command over PowerBi, MS Excel (pivot, formulas) with proficiency in MS Office.

Self-starter with the ability to toggle across multiple roles and priorities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in recruitment for niche positions is an advantage.

Outgoing, energetic, adaptable, and passionate about building a great workplace culture.

Resilient, patient, and eager to learn and grow into a broader HR generalist role.

Should be flexible to travel between Mumbai – Pune offices as required.
