Job Title : Business Development Manager (Demand & Lead Generation)

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience Required : 3–7 Years

Industry : Recruitment / Staffing (Global Market Focus)

Reporting To : Head of Sales / CEO

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are hiring a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with hands-on experience in demand and lead generation, particularly in the global recruitment / staffing market (Middle East, APAC, US, UK, Europe). The BDM will be responsible for strategizing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns and supporting sales pipeline development to drive company growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Demand & Lead Generation : Develop outbound B2B strategies to generate quality leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn, events, webinars, and cold calling.
  • Campaign Management : Create campaigns to increase visibility and engagement across global markets.
  • Lead Handover : Route all qualified leads to the pre-qualification team for further action.
  • Market Research & Strategy : Analyze target markets, monitor competitors, and refine lead generation tactics.
  • Networking & Partnerships : Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on lead generation metrics, pipeline status, and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3–7 years of experience in business development / demand generation within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Experience in targeting global markets (Middle East, APAC, US, UK, Europe).
  • Knowledge of CRM and digital tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in tech-driven recruitment platforms or services.
  • Familiarity with international hiring trends and client engagement.

    Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment / staffing sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated success in lead conversion and pipeline management. Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining sales tracking systems. High energy, self-motivated, and performance-focused attitude. Bonus Points Experience working in B2B recruitment or staffing firms. Familiarity with ATS platforms or HR Tech solutions. Understanding of global recruitment practices is an added advantag
