Reporting To : Head of Sales / CEO

Job Type : Full-Time

Job Summary :

We are hiring a highly driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with hands-on experience in demand and lead generation particularly in the global recruitment / staffing market (Middle East APAC US UK Europe). The BDM will be responsible for strategizing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns and supporting sales pipeline development to drive company growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

  • Demand & Lead Generation : Develop outbound B2B strategies to generate quality leads through email campaigns LinkedIn events webinars and cold calling.
  • Campaign Management : Create campaigns to increase visibility and engagement across global markets.
  • Lead Handover : Route all qualified leads to the pre-qualification team for further action.
  • Market Research & Strategy : Analyze target markets monitor competitors and refine lead generation tactics.
  • Networking & Partnerships : Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on lead generation metrics pipeline status and ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3 7 years of experience in business development / demand generation within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Experience in targeting global markets (Middle East APAC US UK Europe).
  • Knowledge of CRM and digital tools (HubSpot Salesforce etc.).
  • Strong communication analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in tech-driven recruitment platforms or services.
  • Familiarity with international hiring trends and client engagement.
