Job Description
- Develop, Penetrate and maintain a good relationship with existing and new customers
- Implement a sales strategy to generate revenue growth through new design wins
- Develop, be proactive and implement sales strategies for penetrating new accounts
- Attend to sales enquiries, presentations, negotiations, and preparation of sales reports
- Monthly visit to Key accounts a must
- Manage monthly forecast and prepare weekly reports
- Interpret customers' requirements and liaise with FAE team to drive designs wins
- Create and maintain up-to-date customer profiles
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by mail, telephone and personal visits
- Periodically review sales targets and KPIs set by the company with reporting Manager
- Ensure all qualified customer queries are fulfilled, delivered on time and meets expectation.
- Manage and support distribution channels to meet targets, also periodically conduct business review and report
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant commercial information
- Carry out market research and monitor competitor products
- Conduct periodical training to distributor Sales team
- Attend training and exhibitions
Requirements :
Minimum 8 years of experience in selling Semiconductor components, preferably in Power Products.Bachelor in Electronics Engineering (B.E in Electronics & Electrical) OR B.E (Electronics) with MBA in Marketing preferred.Skills Required
