Job description10–12 years of experience in Sales Administration / Field Operations within the pharma industry. Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Hands-on experience managing large field teams and complex operational processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and approve field force expense claims (MRs, ABMs, RBMs, ZBMs) as per company policy.
- Monitor travel, conveyance, and promotional expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee sales operational activities — tour planning, input / sample distribution, and field documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR for reimbursements, budgeting, and hierarchy updates.
- Support annual sales budgeting and coordinate audit activities related to sales operations.
- Drive automation and process improvements in expense management systems.
- Conduct training and ensure adherence to expense and UCPMP guidelines.
