Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Collection Officer located in Kolkata. The Credit Collection Officer will be responsible for managing the collection of outstanding debts, performing account reconciliations, and working closely with customers to resolve any issues related to payment. This role requires a proactive attitude to ensure timely debt recovery while maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Credit Collection Officer will be responsible for preparing regular reports on collection activities and providing analysis on delinquent accounts.

• Analytical Skills for assessing accounts
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in credit collection or related fields is a plus
• Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
