JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet targets.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales plans and adjust as needed.
Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.
Oversee lead generation activities and ensure high-quality lead conversion.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Provide insights to the management team for refining sales strategies.
Assist in the management of the sales department's budget.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Foster relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals to expand business opportunities.
Set individual and team sales targets.
Continuously track and ensure the team is on track to meet or exceed sales goals.
