4 to 6 years Hardware Asset Management and Software

Lead and manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro for automating asset tracking, management workflows, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to uphold physical IT hardware accuracy and compliance.

Develop and maintain asset management policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and alignment with ITSM processes.

Perform regular asset audits, manage vendor relationships, and provide actionable insights through HAM dashboards and reports.

Extensive experience in Hardware Asset Management.

Proficiency with ServiceNow HAM Pro and its workflow integrations.

Strong understanding of ITIL-based asset lifecycle management principles.
