Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our Matrimony BPO team. The role involves handling customer interactions, managing new leads, promoting paid memberships, and ensuring timely renewals while maintaining a high level of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to new users who have created accounts and provide information about the website features and membership options.
• Follow up with existing customers to assist with renewal payments and present available offers or discounts.
• Resolve customer queries patiently and effectively through phone communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team-based sales and renewal targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
