Responsibilities :
- Engage customers by providing detailed information on loan offerings and benefits, highlighting customized product options, low turnaround time (TAT), and high service standards to meet sales targets
- Assist customers with processing new and used car loans
- Collect, verify, and login loan documents accurately
- Coordinate with the Credit Team for loan approvals
- Visit customers' residences or offices to collect necessary documents
- Manage post-disbursement documents (PDDs) efficiently
- Submit physical loan files within defined turnaround times
- Support collections for missed EMIs when required
- Address queries from walk-in customers at dealership outlets and provide effective resolutions
