Hiring For - Sales - Auto Loan (New / Used Car loan

Responsibilities :

• Engage with customers to provide detailed information on auto loan offerings and benefits, showcasing customized product options.
• Ensure low turnaround time (TAT) and maintain high service standards to achieve sales targets.
• Assist customers throughout the new or used car loan processing journey.
• Visit customers' residences or offices for document collection as required.
• Submit physical loan files within defined TAT to ensure smooth processing.
• Support collections team by following up on missed EMIs when needed.
• Attend to walk-in customers at dealership locations and resolve their queries promptly.
