Role Overview :

The Head - Colony Development will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and leading the development of staff housing colonies and townships to support the manufacturing plant's workforce. The role demands strong technical expertise in civil engineering, proven leadership in large-scale housing projects, and the ability to manage contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver sustainable, cost-effective, and high-quality housing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Leadership :

• Define the master plan for housing colony / township development aligned with plant manpower requirements.
• Lead design and planning of residential units, infrastructure (roads, drainage, sewage, electrification, water supply), and community amenities (schools, hospitals, recreation).
• Drive sustainability and cost-efficiency in colony planning and construction.
