Core Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of HRIS Senior Specialist and Analyst and always ensure work allocation in seamless and productive way.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team while directing them to be accountable for the functional analysis, design, implementation, maintenance, and end-user training for our HRIS systems.
- Monitor, prioritize, and assign daily responsibilities of HR Systems team, assuring the proper alignment of resources and skillsets to inquiry and request demand. Manage Schedule of resources to ensure uninterrupted Services.
- Experience in handling Service Now case management module, monitor que, assess and analyze trends and patterns for process improvements.
- Assure that HR transactions, data, and services are timely, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements. Provide back-up to staff and perform transactions when necessary.
- Work with On-shore team and seek necessary input and guidance on new processes, projects and other platform specific enhancements.
- Provide back-up for Onshore team as required and hands on expertise in ticket resolution, root cause analysis, trouble shooting, problem solving and perform transactions when necessary.
- Handle escalated and / or sensitive requests and issues related to processing. Troubleshoot particularly specialized, difficult, or sensitive.
- Provide excellent service to ensure activities provide the intended experience for end users in an efficient and effective manner. Manage tasks of self and team to assure deadlines are met according to established service levels / targets.
- Follow proper operational procedures and assure the same from the staff.
- Analyze and correct errors and ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors.
- Own and Co-lead development and implementation of operational standards and processes that directly contribute to optimal results, effectiveness, and efficiencies of Sr. Specialist and Analyst roles in US and India.
- Assist in the development, reporting, and review of metrics to drive performance, identify trends, and develop / implement process improvements, escalating issues and proposed solutions as appropriate.
- Ability to connect the dots from Tier 1 to Tier 3 and look for effectiveness of process and cascade information to Tier 1 as applicable.
- Provides task direction, monitors performance, handles escalations, and assists with task performance and supports the development and delivery of HR processes training.
- Analyze and correct errors and ensure proper quality controls are in place to avoid future errors. Assist the manager and director with the execution of the compliance programs, internal audits, external audits, and government audits. Ensure all company, federal, state, local, and other applicable compliance requirements are met.
- Support organizational direction and culture. Effectively manage day-to-day of IND employee s performance using established company tools / methodology. Provide input to personnel decisions (e.g., compensation, recognition, transfer, promotion) as requested. Assure that company policies and practices are followed and set an example for team members.
Years of Experience :
Experience : 10-12 years of experience in an HR Systems role supporting Tier 1 & or Tier 2Knowledge of Core HR, Benefit and Payroll processes for US.Prior experience with US companies is an added advantage.Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)
Required Minimum Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldSkill Set Required
