Remote Bookkeeper - QuickBooks & Xero | U.S. Accounting Experience

We’re hiring a skilled  Bookkeeper with at least  5 years of experience supporting  U.S. accounting operations . You’ll manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online and  Xero . This role suits someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit cards
• Record daily transactions in QuickBooks or Xero with 100% accuracy
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments
• Support payroll, invoicing, and expense management
• Collaborate with U.S. CPAs and finance managers during month-end and year-end close
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and best practices
