o Clearly explain customized schemes to dealers, ensuring buy-in.

o Persuade and influence dealers to prioritize Sheenlac products, securing maximum counter share.

o Train and mentor the team to communicate effectively with dealers and stakeholders

o Bring youthful energy, fresh ideas, and a big-picture mindset to the role.

o Leverage sales software and tools to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
