Job description3-5 years experience. We are hiring a highly skilled Social Media Specialist with proven experience in IT solutions and food-tech domains. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of North American consumer psychology, advanced knowledge of platform algorithms, and the ability to create viral, high-performing campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement. Industry Knowledge : . Experience in IT Solution Domain (B2B SaaS, software services, tech consulting) Knowledge of Restaurant & Food-Tech domains (commission-free apps, restaurant marketing) Content Strategy & Growth : . Expertise in content planning and execution to maximize reach and engagement. Ability to leverage UGC (User Generated Content) for credibility and growth.. Strong understanding of North American consumer psychology to design campaigns that drive actions. Ability to identify trends and create viral campaigns. Creative and AI Skills : Strong visualization skills for engaging posts, reels, and stories. Experience in AI tools, avatar-based videos, and automated content solutions.
