Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Support the onboarding and induction processes for new employees.

Prepare and manage HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations.

Coordinate daily office operations, vendor management, and administrative activities.

Assist management with meeting coordination, report preparation, and internal communications.

Contribute to maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
