About the Role

We are looking for a fresher or Junior HR Assistant to support our HR team in their tasks.

In this role, you will assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, on-boarding formalities, maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, supporting performance review processes, data entry and helping with employee engagement activities.

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle — from job posting to onboarding.
