About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales Manager with strong background and experience in automation solutions and sales of PLC, Motion controllers, Industrial Robots and related products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales Target, developing customer relations and ensuring business growth. This role will require technical expertise, planning, experience in Market research and competitor analysis.

Responsibilities

• Promotion and sales of Industrial Robots, PLC, Motion Controllers, IO Cards to prospect customer
• Achieve sales targets by identifying key target areas
• Conduct Market research and understand new business areas and needs of customers
• Build and Maintain strong relationships with customers
• Providing Automation Solutions to Machinery Manufacturers and End customers
• Work closely with engineering team to ensure technical feasibility
• Visit customer sites for discussion and presentation about the product and services
• Ensure proper documentation and Planning of deliverables
• Coordination between technical team and customers
• Ensuring timely delivery of solutions and product to the customer
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and terms with clients
• Ensure timely follow ups and convert leads into sales
• Represent company at tradeshows, exhibitions and events
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
