Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Consultant with strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools and a deep understanding of HCM processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable integration solutions and acting as a strategic partner to HR and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Integration Development : Design, build, and deploy integrations between Workday and internal / external systems covering modules such as HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.
Technical Implementation : Leverage Workday tools like Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Worksheets, and Web Services to create robust and efficient integration solutions.
Functional Expertise : Apply hands-on experience in Core HCM and Security Modules to support configurations and enhancements.
Payroll Integrations : Design and manage integrations related to payroll systems to ensure seamless processing and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams and HRIT to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Problem Solving : Identify and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Project Support : Contribute to project delivery by ensuring integration components meet quality and timeline expectations.
Feature Assessment : Evaluate new Workday releases, analyze their impact, and recommend necessary enhancements or adoption strategies.
Communication : Clearly articulate technical concepts, status updates, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Solution Design : Provide scalable, sustainable solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations with a strong understanding of HCM processes.
Certification : Workday Integration Certification is mandatory .
Technical Skills :
Expertise in Workday tools : Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Worksheets, Web Services
Strong functional knowledge of Core HCM and Security Modules
Payroll Knowledge : Experience with payroll-related integrations is a plus .
Soft Skills :
