We are looking for a Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Start2’s presence in India, one of the world’s most dynamic startup ecosystems. This role is focused on driving growth and impact. You will work closely with the regional leads and the local teams to create

awareness and build the startup network and ecosystem for Start2.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, excels at networking and problem-solving, adapts well to challenges, takes initiative, and has proven experience building partnerships with startups, corporations, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Ecosystem Positioning

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to build Start2 India’s brand within the startup and innovation ecosystem, including in the focus area of climate tech for Asia.
• Create thought-leadership content, campaigns, and events that highlight Start2’s role as a global innovation connector.
• Manage digital channels, PR activities, and local ecosystem outreach to attract startups, corporates, and investors.
• Identify and engage partners interested in open innovation and startup collaboration.
