Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our overall operations, tendering, and production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing projects, tendering, and operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage overall operations, including tendering, production, and project execution
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment and efficient execution
• Analyze and improve processes to enhance productivity and efficiency

Requirements :

Salary : Up to ₹24,00,000 per annum
