Position Overview
Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for executing high-impact social media strategies across school fan pages, with strict performance metrics including 15% monthly follower growth, 10% engagement rates, and daily content production. The role requires expertise in creating short-form videos, managing campaigns, and optimizing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Production (60%)
Create 5 high-quality videos per week (mix of Reels / Shorts, testimonials, event highlights)Produce daily shorts for YouTube and social media platformsDesign 5+ static posts weekly (graphics, carousels, stories)Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelinesUpdate school-specific GMB posts weekly (events, announcements).2. Growth & Engagement (25%)
Achieve 15% monthly follower growth per fan pageMaintain a minimum 10% engagement rate across all platformsWeekly updates (photos, events, posts)Drive 6+ Google reviews / month per location.3. Campaign Execution (15%)
Plan and execute 1 localized digital campaign per month in collaborationTrain students to foster student-led content initiatives via Social Media Clubs.Track and report on performance metrics to provide actionable insights.Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields preferred).Minimum 2+ years in social media marketing, with a focus on short-form video content and community engagement.Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts (15%+ MoM growth preferred).Strong organizational and communication skills.Comfortable working in a school environment and collaborating with educators and students.
