About the Role
We are looking for a driven Product Manager who understands India’s sustainability landscape and is excited to work at the intersection of product, compliance, and climate innovation. You’ll translate regulatory complexity into user-friendly software that industries love to adopt.
Key Responsibility
- Help lead product development for ESG, BRSR & Carbon Reporting modules
- Convert regulations (SEBI BRSR, GHG Protocol, CCTS, Plastic EPR, etc.) into product workflows
- Conduct sector and competitor research in the Indian climate compliance space
- Collaborate with design and engineering to define clear user journeys
- Collect user feedback from sustainability heads, plant teams & consultants
- Support in backlog planning, requirement writing & product prioritization
