We are seeking a highly motivated professional to support our Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) Business Development team in enhancing analytics and reporting capabilities on a global scale. This role will collaborate across PWS teams and be responsible for :
- Preparing recurring sales and fundraising reports across PWS sales channels and products with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Manipulating robust datasets to generate analytics and track the efficiency of sales and marketing initiatives across the global business.
- Assisting in the ongoing maintenance of global CRM systems and data infrastructure platforms.
- Creating recurring and ad-hoc Salesforce campaigns to enable timely and accurate distribution of sales / marketing emails to 30K+ recipients.
- Generating actionable business insights through the analysis of key initiatives.

A strong academic record.2–3 years of experience in data manipulation and sales reporting within the financial services industry; experience with alternative investments is a plus.Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Knowledge and expertise in Tableau and Salesforce.Basic knowledge of Python and VBA macros.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.High motivation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Additional Information :
