Job description8-13 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Description
The Senior Test Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of software applications through comprehensive testing. This role involves designing test plans, executing test cases, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested before release.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in peer reviews of test plans and test cases to ensure quality and completeness.
- Provide detailed reports on testing progress, results, and defect status to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using appropriate testing frameworks.
