Experience : 4+ yrs These folks will help us build an AI assistant for doctors

They should be fluent in Swift and iOS development (SwiftUI, AVFoundation, etc.)

They must be familiar with Large Language Models beyond just calling an API- local inference, context engineering, model optimisation

They should be excited about new protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-to-agent communication standards (A2A, ACP)

Comfortable with AI-assisted coding tools (we use Cursor a lot and love developers who can push productivity with it)

They are curious about low-level optimisations, memory constraints, and squeezing every bit of performance on-device

Also, they enjoy architecting AI systems from the ground up - thinking about workflows, data flows, and how all the moving pieces fit together.
