Embedded Operational Support & Collaboration

• Serve as Level 3 support for IoT devices connected to our cloud platform ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborating with Level 2 users to resolve escalated incidents.
• Apply high-level technical mitigation and provide initial technical findings helping to identify product gaps and improvements.
• Work closely with cross-functional international teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Actively participate in the global DevOps community.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems in Linux-based embedded systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Create and apply version patches to fix bugs in embedded code when needed.
