The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding client relationships and driving sales of Discover Assessments’ psychometric tools across India and international markets. The role demands a consultative, research-driven, and relationship-focused sales approach to position the product as a strategic HR solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients in corporates, consulting firms, and educational institutions .
- Drive end-to-end business development — from lead generation and demos to closure and account management.
- Understand client talent challenges and recommend suitable psychometric assessment solutions .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, L&D, and leadership teams.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent pipeline management.
- Conduct webinars, presentations, and training sessions to showcase product value.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customized proposals and client onboarding.
- Stay updated on trends in psychometrics, HR tech, and behavioral analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
4–10 years of experience in B2B sales / HR solutions / L&D consulting / psychometric tools .Strong understanding of HR processes, assessments, and behavioral tools (DISC, MBTI, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.Proven track record of achieving business development targets.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or remotely.Prior experience in HR tech, assessment platforms, or consulting preferred.Education
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / PGDM in HR, Psychology, or Marketing preferred.Certification or familiarity with DISC / behavioral assessments is an advantage.
