Your New Role :

As a Senior Network Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing the performance, security, and integrity of the organizations network infrastructure.

You will provide high-level technical support, lead problem-solving efforts, and contribute to strategic network planning and implementation projects.

Your Role Accountabilities :

Configuration and Change Management (20%) :

• Perform BAU and operation changes on Network infrastructure such as Routers, switches, Firewalls from different OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto firewall and Infloblox.

Monitoring and Maintenance (20%) :

Incident Resolution and Support (30%) :

Service Requests (10%) :

Documentation and Compliance (10%) :

Automation and Scripting (10%) :
