Solution Architect

Description

As a Java Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the design, development, and delivery of scalable, resilient solutions. This position combines technical leadership with hands-on coding, guiding teams to implement best practices and modern architectural patterns aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of talented Java developers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement while actively participating in coding activities.
• Design, develop, and refine system architecture to meet evolving business and technology needs.
• Write, review, and optimize high-quality, maintainable, and performant code.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Promote and implement best practices in coding, architecture, cloud adoption, and CI / CD pipelines.
• Drive the adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns to ensure system scalability, resilience, and efficiency.
