The Automation & Integration Specialist is responsible for managing data integrity and creating analytical dashboards using business intelligence tools
Responsibilities
- Follow enterprise data management processes under supervision of Data Operations Manage to perform the following job duties
- Manage existing integrations and troubleshoot errors
- Design and implement integrations between packaged software solutions with support of team members, consultants and third-party developers as needed
- Perform end to end testing both internally and with third party partners to ensure any new software integration meets requirements
- Analyze documentation and technical specifications of any new integrated application being considered to determine fit for use
- Build and maintain data warehouse solutions supporting BI solutions
Requirements
Critical-Thinking, Problem-Solving, Team Collaboration Understanding of system integration designExperience with cloud integration software / middleware (like Workato, or Boomi) Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Experience with Visio or other business flow toolsIntermediate level experience with MS Excel functionalities (Pivot Table, vlookup)Experience building API s using REST or SOAPExposure to Database management tasks (create tables, views, joins etc) will be a plusExperience with cloud data platforms will be a plus (like Redshift or Snowflake)Knowledge of SQL, Python, R will be a plusTechnical Skills
