Tiger’s growing Banking Financial Services vertical seeks self-motivated AI / ML / Data Science professionals with domain expertise in the Banking and Financial Services space and strong technical skills for a challenging role in the Banking & Financial Services Analytics area.

Skills & Competencies required :

• 8+ years of financial service & regulatory program management experience.
• Having worked on large data programs (ideally Banking). Candidate should be able to define & operationalize a set of RDAR metrics.
• Ability to coordinate communications, training, change management, parallel runs & production cut-over.
• Ability to lead complex and large programs which include dual shore mode diverse multiple stakeholders and overall team size ranging from 20-30 people.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, establish, and enforce project management standards, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the project.
• Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
• Track project progress, monitor performance, and provide support to project managers and teams. Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, providing regular updates and reports on project status.
• Play a key role in identifying, allocating, and managing resources.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project success.
• Strong communication and diverse stakeholder management experience.
• PMP / Agile / Scrum certified candidates are preferred.
