Roles & Responsibility :

• Responsibility for Cluster P&L Serve as a pivotal member of the leadership team in formulating Bank goals & strategy (short term and long term) and translation of the same to business plan at a cluster and branch level
• Develop and implement strategies and plans consistent with established goals in each product line and service in the cluster & ensure achievement of branch and cluster level Business Targets.
• Collaborate with Product Teams, Operations Teams, Regional delivery teams, branches in developing operational plans for the cluster based on the overall targets and budgets for the region.
• Regularly conducts detailed reviews of the Bank's operations and takes appropriate decisions for reallocating resources and re-deciding priorities.
• Recommend plan for setting up of new branches and ATMs in the region as per requirements
