The Role : Earn Based on Impact
This is a unique, challenging, and highly rewarding internship designed for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want their compensation to be directly tied to the value they create. This role offers no fixed stipend ; your earnings are uncapped and based purely on your sales success.
Compensation Model Details :
- Commission Rate : 10% of the net revenue generated from every successful sale you close.
- Recurring Payout : The 10% commission is paid out monthly for the first 12 months of the client's subscription / contract. This means you establish a recurring revenue stream for your first year of work.
- Tracking : All deals will be tracked via our CRM, and commission reports will be transparently shared.
- What Counts as a Sale : A contract must be signed and the initial payment must be successfully received by HelixFjord.
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing & Sales Intern, you will be on the front lines of customer acquisition, driving the growth of HelixFjord in the competitive B2B SaaS market.
Lead Generation & Qualification (Marketing) :Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) - businesses with remote or hybrid teams.Conduct market research to identify pain points and strategic outreach opportunities.Sales Development & Closing (Sales) :Initiate contact with qualified prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone.Conduct compelling product demonstrations of the HelixFjord platform.Manage the full sales pipeline, from prospecting to negotiating and closing the deal.Strategy & Feedback :Work directly with the founder to refine the go-to-market strategy, pitch deck, and sales scripts.Provide essential market feedback to the product and development team (built using Kotlin and Node.js for HelixTrack).What We Are Looking For
