About the Role :
As a Pre-Sales Lead (AI), you'll be responsible for driving and managing the entire pre-sales funnel - from first customer contact to seamless handoff to the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys building scalable pre-sales processes that combine human interaction with technology and automation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales funnel, ensuring a smooth lead journey from initial engagement to sales handoff.
- Manage, train, and lead both in-house and outsourced pre-sales teams to achieve high conversion rates.
- Build and optimize AI-driven customer journeys using tools such as automated calling, chat, text, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with growth and sales teams to refine targets, improve funnel efficiency, and deliver measurable results.
- Continuously monitor and improve conversion metrics, ensuring speed, personalization, and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For :
Proven sales mindset with the ability to drive lead-to-visit conversions and own the pre-sales process.Strong technical comfort working with CRM systems, AI tools, chatbots, and other automation platforms.Leadership experience managing pre-sales or inside sales teams, with a focus on customer experience (CX).Analytical and data-driven, capable of tracking, interpreting, and improving conversion metrics.Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.(ref : iimjobs.com)
