EFFICIENCY : Daily communications to all team members to ensure that the production is being managed and projects are being completed in timelines originally set and discussed with clients. Managing and communicating Internally and externally with team members and clients. PROFESSIONALISM : Courteous, brave, intelligent, efficient in each position being managed, and self-sufficient to deliver high-quality communications in every communication. COMPUTER SKILLS : Digital Marketing Google Sheet or Excel Must have Laptop / Desktop & Android Phone SKILLS : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to avoid and address miscommunication effectively. Proficiency in English and Hindi, both spoken and written. A solid understanding of the psychology of sales to influence and persuade clients. Expertise in cold calling techniques to initiate client engagement. Proficient in managing meetings and webinars with clients and leads. In-depth knowledge of lead generation techniques. Skilled in initiating ice-breaking conversations to establish rapport. Expertise in follow-up strategies, including the timing and frequency of communication. Strong email marketing skills to engage and convert leads. Basic digital marketing knowledge to support lead nurturing efforts. Comfort and professionalism in facing the camera for online interactions. Ability to manage and navigate unusual or challenging situations effectively. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Engage in conversations with leads to identify their needs. Schedule and confirm meetings with potential clients. Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities. Demonstrate expertise in lead generation strategies. Effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals. Follow up with leads and clients to maintain engagement and progress. Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads. Operate desktop applications proficiently for business purposes. Maintain a professional yet friendly presence on camera for virtual meetings. Possess basic design skills for creating visually appealing content. Bring experience in digital marketing to drive sales efforts. Handle unexpected challenges or changes with flexibility and composure. SALARY STRUCTURE : First month- 10,000 INR Second 3 Months- 12,000 INR + incentives After 4 months- 15,000 INR + incentives PERKS : Performance Based Bonuses Remote Work Option Career Growth Team Building Activities Positive Company Culture Work with Top Clients Job Type : Full-time Pay : ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location : In person
