Job Role : Enterprise Sales Specialist
Location : Chennai
Qualification : MBA -Sales & Marketing / Postgraduate in similar stream
Job Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients in the government segment.
- To manage and generate business from PSU / government clients of southern region.
- Develop positive relationships with clients.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, optimize their performance & identify additional business opportunities to expand revenues.
- Work with internal teams in a collaborative manner to execute account specific sales strategies.
- Ensure timely payment collections from the assigned accounts.
Requirements and skills
4-7 years of experience preferably in serving government clients or software selling experience.Hands on experience in PSU / Government or Software / SAAS sales and an ability to do liaising with clients.Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsWhy join us?
