Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Gurugram. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and managing supplier relationships. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with various departments to understand their procurement needs, maintaining accurate procurement records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and purchasing materials
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Ability to ensure timely delivery of goods and manage procurement records
• Coordination skills to work with various departments and understand procurement needs
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the construction or interior fit-out industry is a plus
