Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of client projects. In this role, you will ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met while keeping clients and internal teams aligned. You’ll be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable project plans, anticipating risks, and keeping communication clear and structured throughout every stage of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership : Plan, organize, and manage projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Client Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Facilitate collaboration across design, development, and QA teams; ensure everyone is aligned on deliverables.
• Process Management : Track milestones, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve risks before they impact delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain clear project documentation, meeting notes, and dashboards; share progress with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure deliverables meet ShopTrade’s standards for performance, usability, and polish.
• Continuous Improvement : Work with leadership to refine project management processes, templates, and tools for scalability.
