Job Description

Role purpose : Providing support to maximize value from Procurement Tools, Process and Governance. And to ensure that all change activity is managed in a efficient and effective way Ensure suppliers are onboarded successfully, and that their data is used and managed appropriately throughout their lifecycle with Client Provide technical consultancy to category teams for all Procurement activities executed within Ariba Maintain the Procurement Process Framework, and all supporting templates and tools in line with business needs and best practice Drive continuous improvement throughout procurement technology, applying a Systems Thinking methodology Build a strong relationship with our offshore partner Work with Procurement teams to design, build and maintain an Client Supplier portal Coordinate and lead the Ariba / KIOSK training agenda Coordinate and report on the team and department change agenda Maintain & develop all Procurement Client World sites

Role Dimensions : Financial : Provide technical support to enable the category teams to realize savings target Maintain and develop Ariba controls to govern spend Partner with IT to manage and monitor budgets and resource allocation for run / BAU and change activities

Non-Financial / Key Accountabilities : Drive adoption of Ariba in line with Procurement Digital agenda and the Process Framework Provide training to internal stakeholders & suppliers

Reports to : Procurement Tech & Data Manager Relationships : Group and Regional Procurement Teams lead Governance Leads Contract and supplier managers IT Business Partner team Financial Services team Key external supplier accounts

Roles & Responsibilities :

Maintain a close working relationship with our Offshore partner to manage key business processes related to the setup and use of 3rd parties Produce metrics reporting related to Ariba Drive adoption of dashboards for the Category and Leadership teams Develop and maintain knowledge of market best practice & technologies Coordinate Ariba governance forums, including insights from the available reporting and metrics Maintain and enhance the process framework, tools & templates, with engagement of category teams Deliver a user-focused training approach for Ariba with an emphasis on self-service Drive benefits of Ariba with the Category teams, providing consultancy and challenge on sourcing strategy Coordinate all procurement system change activities, technical defects & enhancements, including producing reporting to support this and communicate activities upwards through management Work with our offshore partner to ensure a continuous improvement culture is embedded and delivered through incremental and larger change Drive the use and maintenance of ACW within Ariba to benefit for category teams and business Design, build and maintain an Client Supplier portal to communicate externally Client’s procurement practices, policies and contacts.

Commercial Management(Technical) Procurement Ariba S2P full suite knowledge from a technical perspective Foundation : Communication skills Relationship Management Customer Service Management(Technical) Standard Operating Procedures Core : Operational Planning Change Management Analysis Governance Detailed Role Specific Skills / Knowledge Strong commercial awareness & business skills Working knowledge of end to end Category Management & SRM processes Ability to interpret complex data IT Knowledge —Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Ariba Good working knowledge of demand management relating to transactional supply requirements

Qualifications :

Experience : Working within a demanding, fast evolving environment Awareness of change management approaches and principals Proven experience of eSourcing (S2C) systems knowledge and P2P systems (Ariba)Provision of excellent customer service / stakeholder management Complex data spreadsheet work Involvement in managing supplier relationships and contracts Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in commerce or master's in business studies MCIPS qualification an advantage, not essential
