Key Responsibilities

Labour Supervision

  • Monitor and manage daily activities of labourers at the construction site to ensure productivity and discipline.

Labour Camp Management

  • Oversee the maintenance and functioning of the labour camp, including cleanliness, safety, and accommodation facilities.

    • Attendance & Record Keeping

  • Maintain attendance records, work allocation, and daily manpower reports.

    • Coordination with Site Engineer

  • Support the site engineer in day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow with the labour force.

    • Health & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure all workers follow basic safety guidelines and hygiene protocols at both the worksite and labour camp.

    • Issue Resolution

  • Address and resolve any labour-related concerns or grievances efficiently and promptly.

    • Skills Required
